COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER
The NCJA has recently donated funds to help support the food pantry during the most recent COVID-19 crisis as well as supporting their "Be A Summer Superhero food program. The NCJA will continue to support the CRC through volunteer efforts as well as through donations, drives and continued efforts and partnering to reach out to members of our immediate community in need.

NORTH COUNTY LGBTQ RESOURCE CENTER
The NCJA provides volunteer support in a continuing capacity for all events including the annual Gala to help raise money to keep the center and its outstanding programs open and running as well as volunteering with Pride By The Beach. We stand with the LGBTQ+ community and rally in support as needed.

BORDER ANGELS + DAY LABORER OUTREACH
The NCJA supports efforts to alleviate the growing humanitarian crisis and refugee outreach on both sides of the border. The NCJA also sponsors a Day Laborer Outreach program in Encinitas inspired by Border Angels on the first Saturday of each month to provide supplies and information as well as participating in monthly water drops and the Caravan of Love sponsored by Border Angels.

ANTI-RACISM READING GROUP

SDRRN EMERGENCY SHELTER
The NCJA continues to support the San Diego Rapid Response Network's emergency efforts for asylum seekers entering the US at the Mexico border. We provide volunteers, collect donations or clothing, food, cash, and other supplies, help with logistics, and provide a network of information and manpower as needed.

HOMELESS OUTREACH
The NCJA stands in support of the homeless community and most recently supported the city of Encinitas and Jewish Family Services in forming the Safe Parking Lot program for shelter insecure families in North County. We support Fill-A-Belly, collect food and cash donations to aid food insecure families and individuals, and lobby local leaders to pass legislation to protect homeless community members.
